I am a qualified Holistic Therapist with many years of expierience and member of the F.H.T
I gained my first qualification as a holistic therapist in 2002 and since then have obtained many more
My qualifications include:
Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Holistic Facial, Reiki level 1 & 2, E.F.T level 1 & 2, Sport & Fitness Therapies level 2 & 3, Hot Stones Massage, Indian Head Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
All of my treatments are tailor made to suit the clients individual needs
Treatments 
Swedish Massage - A firm theraputic massage using a blend of Aromatherapy oils to suit your individual needs such as Stress, Anxiety,Depression, Insomnia, Headaches/Migranes, Muscular tension etc.
Remedial Massage - Remedial Massage deeper, firmer massage which helps to maintain & improve muscle tone, improve range of movement, relieve muscle tension.
Suitable for injurys, back, leg complaints and is also suitable for sports individuals (pre/post activity or for general maintanence)
Reflexology - A deeply relaxing, detoxifying and balancing treatment. A firm pressure point massage through the feet.
Reflexology can eliviate a number of conditions such as Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Migranes/Headaches, Sciatica or Back problems, Sinus problems, Eye or Ear conditions, Hormonal Imbalances etc
Indian Head Massage - A deeply de-stressing treatment working on pressure points all over the back, scalp, face & head. Helps to release mental & emotionla stress, helps to clear the mind, improve in concentration & allertness, Relieve Mental & Physical tiredness, Edginess & Depression. It is also a great treatment if you suffer with congestion or sinusitis.
Holistic Facial - A relaxing facial using Spiezia natural organic skincare to help improve the condition of the skin & a massage using a mixture of soothing, flowing strokes, accupressure & lymphatic drainage techniques to help release tension in the muscles of the face, neck & shoulders.
